The Kirra Current by KTQ.
The Kirra Current is the Stage 2 campaign for Kirra Point Precinct - designed not as an announcement, but as a signal.
Built around the idea that momentum travels before messaging, the campaign behaves the way Kirra does: quietly confident, precise, and unmistakably in motion. Rather than relying on traditional property advertising tropes, The Kirra Current unfolds through short, high-impact films that move like ground swell - subtle at first, then impossible to ignore.
Stage 2 marks a shift from the emotional, lifestyle-led introduction of Kirra Point into a sharper, more commercially focused phase. The work doesn’t explain or oversell. It builds intrigue, establishes intent, and creates urgency through rhythm, restraint, and clarity. Every film carries one message, one purpose, and one decisive call to action.
Visually and tonally, the campaign is grounded in cinematic control. Movement, silence, and timing do the heavy lifting. Human presence is felt rather than performed. Language is minimal, local, and deliberate - speaking from inside Kirra, not at it.
Developed as a modular system of eight films, The Kirra Current builds from tease to reveal to momentum, supporting registration, display visitation, and sales without ever losing edge or credibility. It positions Kirra Point Stage 2 not as a lifestyle promise, but as a moment already in motion.
If you’ve heard it, you’re early.
