Miles Residences by KTQ Developments.

Miles Residences is a project film created for KTQ Developments, celebrating the local character, natural surrounds, and understated energy of Kirra.

Developed in close collaboration with Monday Agency and Groundcrew, the film was shaped from conception through to delivery with a clear focus on authenticity. Rather than leaning on generic lifestyle, the work reflects Kirra as it is - grounded, coastal, and lived in. Using real environments and restrained cinematic language to capture a sense of place.

The film balances considered pacing with natural light, texture, and human presence, allowing the surroundings to lead the story. Every creative decision was made to ensure the final piece felt true to Kirra, while supporting the broader positioning of Miles Residences as a development connected to its environment and community.

The project was recognised at the 2021 BADC Awards (Brisbane Advertising and Design Club), receiving Bronze for Direction (Over 60”) and Bronze for Cinematography (Over 60”), acknowledging the film’s craft and execution within the branded content category.
