Holm Residences by Chapter Two.

Holm Residences is a boutique residential project by Chapter Two, located in the sunlit surrounds of Rainbow Bay.

The project film presents Holm as more than a physical address - it reflects a way of living shaped by light, movement, and proximity to the ocean. Inspired by the natural rhythm of the coastline, the work frames Holm as a calm, considered environment where everyday life feels fluid and unforced.

Developed in close collaboration with Monday Agency, the film adopts a restrained, cinematic approach. Natural textures, controlled pacing, and subtle human presence are used to convey a sense of ease and emotional clarity, positioning Holm Residences as a place defined by atmosphere as much as architecture.

The films capture Holm as a new state of mind - coastal, grounded, and intentionally designed for those drawn to simplicity, balance, and connection to place.
